Generally, this perk line is trained to level two by most classes. The reason for this is that it's a nice +2000 nano that you can use every 90 seconds. Really, this should be a given. It only requires the investment of 2 perks, gives you that nice perk action and ALSO gives +20 to Intelligence and Psychic as well as a small boost to NanoPool. I would highly recommend training Genius 2 at level 110.
